Deborah Hayden, president of Quantitative Analysis, has over a decade of modeling and database analysis experience and an analytical academic background. She holds a BA in Statistics and Psychology from Cornell University, and an MBA in Economics and Econometrics from University of Chicago with Honors. Prior to establishing Quantitative Analysis, Hayden’s analytical/applied statistics experience included positions with Continental Airlines, Spiegel, Sears and USAA. In previous modeling roles, she used data warehouses of millions of records and thousands of variables, to improve the return on marketing expenditures. Her statistical models routinely outperformed outside consulting firms using proprietary techniques and neural networks, and received recognition in Beyond Computing, an IBM magazine. Next Hayden began applying this same rigorous modeling methodology to real estate decisions, by developing models that forecast sales for expansion sites, leading to better site decisions. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the International Franchise Association, and the American Statistical Association. |

“We have utilized Quantitative Analysis to develop a sales forecasting model and also to help us in completing development targets for various regions of the country. On both projects the work was thorough and delivered on time. Deborah's in depth knowledge of the characteristics of a good location made her a joy to work with. Although Deborah was retained to provide "analytical consulting" her depth of knowledge often made me think I was speaking to a senior operations officer. If you have modeling needs I would highly recommend Quantitative Analysis.” ~ David E. Pertl, Vice President and CFO, |
